Bricksworth Real Estate Media

The agent’s guide to Bricksworth

How to place an order, download photos at the right size, use the marketing kit and share your property website. Everything covered here comes with your shoot.

01 · Placing an order

Orders go through the booking site. That is what keeps the address, the access details, the gallery, the property website and the marketing kit attached to the same order.

  1. Enter the property address. This becomes the name of the listing everywhere in the system.
  2. Pick your package, then add anything extra — twilight, drone, virtual staging, a vertical reel. Anything that alters the property in the photograph — staging, decluttering, a sky swap, fire in the fireplace — has to be disclosed in your listing, and we will tell you exactly what was changed on which image.
  3. Choose your date and time window.
  4. Add access notes: lockbox code, gate code, dogs, who is meeting us, whether the seller will be home.
  5. Confirm. Photographs and floor plans come back within 24 hours of the finished shoot, at no extra charge. Video, 3D tours and twilights take longer and are quoted with the job.

Have this ready before you book

  • Full address and access instructions
  • Beds, baths, square footage, lot size
  • List price, or “coming soon”
  • Two or three things about the house worth shooting
  • Weather moves the whole shoot, not just the drone — no charge
  • Twilight shoots are tied to sunset, not your calendar
  • Book when you take the listing, rather than the day before it goes live

02 · Your account

Your account is created with your first order, and it is where your listings, downloads and invoices stay together.

Set a password

Set one the first time you order, so you can sign in directly instead of hunting for an emailed link. Use the address your delivery notices go to, and save the password in your phone’s password manager.

Upload your headshot and logo while you are in there. They are what fill in your property websites and the marketing kit for every listing after that.

Add your assistant or transaction coordinator

Invite them as an account manager. They get their own login tied to your listings, and can book shoots, pull downloads and edit your marketing without you handing over your password.

Turn on text notifications

Switch on SMS in your account settings if you would rather get a text than an email when the gallery is ready.

03 · Downloading photos

The gallery offers every photo at several sizes. Custom Size for MLS uploads, Web Quality for your site and social, Print Quality for anything going on paper.

OptionWhat it isUse it for
Custom sizeYou set the width.Whatever width your MLS asks for.
Web qualityA smaller file, sized for a screen.Website, email and social.
Print qualityFull original resolution, exactly as delivered.Flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, magazine ads.
BrandedYour logo burned onto the image.Social posts and your own marketing.

Files come down as a ZIP, so unzip before you upload anything.

Look through the set when it lands. Anything technically wrong with it we will fix or reshoot at no charge, as long as you tell us inside five business days — after that the delivery counts as accepted and a reshoot is quoted as a new job.

04 · The realtor marketing kit

Every listing comes with templates already filled in with your photos, the property details and your branding. You are editing, not designing: swap a photo, retype the text, pick the size you need, download.

What’s in a kit

  • Flyers — the counter, the box on the sign, the open house
  • Postcards — Just Listed and Just Sold mailers
  • Social tiles — sized for Instagram and Facebook
  • Photo reels and reel covers — vertical, built from the listing photographs

The reels in the kit are photo reels — the listing photographs cut to motion, free with every shoot. The vertical reel on the price list is a different thing: that one is you on camera, with video of the property. Book it if you want your face on the post rather than only the house.

05 · Your property website

Every shoot includes a single-property website, in a branded and an unbranded version. The branded link is the one to use anywhere you would otherwise paste a Zillow or Realtor.com link — a listing you send, a QR code on a sign rider, a post about an open house. The traffic arrives on your page rather than one that also sells buyer leads to other agents.

VersionWhat’s on itWhere it goes
UnbrandedPhotos, video, tour, details. No agent name, headshot, brokerage or phone.Anywhere agent branding is not allowed. Some boards ask for this — check yours.
BrandedAll of the above, plus you — headshot, name, brokerage, phone, and a lead form.Social, email, texts, QR codes, sign riders, listing presentations.

Both links live on the same page as your photos.

Why the branded link beats a portal link

06 · Things people forget to ask

Do you come out to me, and is there a travel charge?
Anywhere within about an hour of Clear Lake, and there is no travel charge inside that. That covers Mason City, Ventura, Garner, Forest City and most of North Iowa. Further out, ask — it is a conversation, not a no.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book as soon as you know about the listing. How soon we can get there honestly depends on the season and on how full the week already is, so the earliest booking gets the date it wants. You do not need the house ready to book — that is what the date is for.
How long do my photos stay available?
Every delivered listing stays in your library while your account is active and in good standing. Treat it as a convenience, not a vault — download and keep your own copies.
My co-agent can’t see the gallery.
Only the primary agent on the order gets the media library. Ask us to add the second agent to the property website, or invite them as an account manager.
Can my assistant do all of this?
Yes — invite them as an account manager. They get their own login. Do not share your password.
The download button does nothing on my phone.
Downloads open in a new window, so a pop-up blocker will swallow them. Allow pop-ups for the gallery and try again.
I need more photos after delivery.
We can add media to the gallery and re-deliver. Extra editing or a return trip is quoted separately.
Something is wrong with the photos.
Tell us within five business days of delivery and we will correct or reshoot the affected part at no charge. After five business days the delivery counts as accepted, and a reshoot is quoted as a new order.
When do I pay, and when can I download?
Payment is due in full before the media is released for download, and no later than fifteen business days after the shoot. It is due whether or not the property sells.
What if I have to cancel or move a shoot?
More than 24 hours’ notice costs nothing. Inside 24 hours, or on the day, it is 25% of the order. If we arrive and the property cannot be shot — inaccessible, still occupied, or not prepared — it is 50%. When we are the ones moving it for weather or safety, there is no charge.
Can I take the site down after closing?
Yes — the download page and property website can both be switched off when the listing is done.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We move the whole shoot, not just the drone — if the weather will not give us usable photographs we do not shoot the property at all that day. Rescheduling for weather costs nothing. Cancelling inside 24 hours still does, whatever the forecast says. Restricted airspace is a different problem: where a property cannot be flown lawfully at all we will shoot it from the ground instead, or refund the aerial part of the order.
Do I have to disclose virtual staging?
Yes, and it is your call to make. Virtual staging, decluttering, sky replacement, added fireplace fire, lawn enhancement and simulated twilight all have to be disclosed in your listing under your board’s rules. We will tell you exactly what was altered on any image.
Do I get anything for sending referrals?
Yes — a $50 credit. Your account has a personal referral link and code, and it has to be applied before the order is placed; sorting it out after checkout takes a manual fix.
What are the terms on using the photos?
Your license runs until 90 days after closing, or 90 days after your representation of the property ends — whichever comes first. Your seller may use the photos personally, but not to sell the home themselves. If you relist the property yourself within a year, your original license carries over at no charge. A different agent or brokerage needs their own, so never forward a gallery.
