Before you book
Booking is quick once you have the address, a date and a way in. Here is what to gather first. Every order includes a property website, the marketing kit, and photographs back within 24 hours of the shoot.
Orders are taken on Spiro, the booking system Bricksworth runs on. The first time through you will set up an account. That account is where your galleries, invoices and property websites live afterwards.

Four minutes of digging now, none of it mid-form.
- Full address and access instructions
- Lockbox or gate code, and who is meeting us
- Beds, baths, square footage, lot size
- List price, or “coming soon”
- Two or three things about the house worth shooting
- Anything about dogs, or whether the seller will be home
Two things the calendar does not decide: twilight shoots are tied to sunset, and every shoot depends on the weather. If the weather will not give us usable photographs we move the whole booking, not just the drone, and there is no charge for that.
Money, and changing plans
The invoice is settled before the gallery unlocks for download, and in any case within fifteen business days of the shoot. It is due whether or not the house sells.
More than a day’s notice costs nothing. Inside 24 hours, or on the day, it is 25% of the order. If we arrive and the house cannot be shot, it is 50%. When we are the ones moving it — weather, airspace, safety — there is no charge.
